9th cycle ttc and idk what else to do

We have tried everything. Eating different, preseed, bd everyday, bd every other day. Idk what else to do. We conceived before without trying and now it's taking so long. When we got pregnant 4 years ago we decided to have an abortion so now I'm punishing myself. Please give me any advice you have and please don't leave mean comments. I regret it and I'm starting to lose hope 😢
