New parts for old pump?

Question

I have a medela pump from my first pregnancy. Was only able to use it about 2 months. Do I need to buy new tubing and valves for my pump to use it this time? Or since it was purchased new cleaned and stored should I wait until a part breaks before I buy new ones?
