NEED SOME HELP HERE

I just came home after being with my boyfriend, we were about to have sex but the condom came off and he ran out of them. When I stood up it watery discharge came out. No I’ve gotten home one side of my labia is swollen a lot and this swelling follows to my vaginal opening.... is it an allergic reaction to latex?

Update; peeing stings a lot and a very small amount of blood as I peed...🤔 would you say he cut it while fingering me or something and it’s just irritated?
