So to start I’m 28 weeks 1 day pregnant. My husband and I don’t have sex all that often- once a week. So, I usually have some Braxton Hicks afterward and it’s no big deal. Ive never spotted or had any “pain”

So today was no different than any other week, but today he was behind me and went too deep so I yelped and told him it was too much and he backed off . Him behind me is always a little uncomfortable bc he’s well endowed so now I’m worried I’ve hurt the baby 😩 . It was about an hour ago and I have 0 pain now, 0 spotting, and baby is moving around , but should I be worried we’ve injured my cervix?! Of course i googled rough sex during pregnancy and saw horror stories about miscarriage after “rough sex” , but if I have to ask “was it rough?” Was it rough or am I being too much 🤔😩 like what the heck qualifies as rough? I mean , the pounding of sex always struck me as “ rough” ugh!!
