My birth story!

My due date was 14 August 2018, but on 24 July 2018, I was woken up by my dr telling me I’m being induced for PIH.

We started my labor at 8am. My contractions were already starting to get pretty intense but I was only 2cm. At 1:00, my dr broke my water since I wasn’t getting any progression. At 3pm I was given the epidural bc my contractions were HORRIBLE.

By 600, my dr decided to do a c-section bc I wasn’t dilating past a 4 and she didn’t want to put my daughter in distress.

By 710, I was in the OR being prepped for my c section. My husband couldn’t be in the room bc I could feel her cutting and she finally put me under.

At 7:54pm Sidney Phoenix was brought into this world weighing 5.13lbs, 17.5 inches long with a full head of hair!!
