Miscarriage cytotec question

I’m at my wits end and I don’t know what to do. This is my second miscarriage, and I choose to go with the cytotec route, which I also did with my first, but this time around I took my first dose 7 hours ago and haven’t started bleeding yet, does anybody have experience with this? My first I started passing everything about two hours afterward. It’s almost time to take my second dosage but I’m supposed to have passed most of the tissue by now. Any advice please.
