Hair loss?

I thought pregnancy was supposed to make your hair glorious?! 
Why am I losing so much more than normal? I even noticed thinning on my hairline. 
I’ve been using Monat for almost a year and have NEVER had issues, but from the time I conceived I started having issues. So I’m more inclined to think it’s the pregnancy and not the shampoo. 
I guess I’m just wondering who else out there experienced hair loss in the beginning of pregnancy?

It's not the shampoo. Everyone is different but hopefully it'll pass by the second trimester. So I'm assuming as it normalizes you'll be able to continue the shampoo use &'it'll do its job.

I don’t think it’s the shampoo. Your body is going thru a lot, if you’ve been using it this long with no hair loss then it’s probs your hormone fluctuation.

Yes. I’ve been losing so much hair. I noticed it at about 6 or 7 weeks. I got really stressed out about it so I spoke to my dad who’s a GP and he said that it’s totally normal. Also asked my midwife and she said it was fine. I’m 16 weeks now and I’m still losing quite a bit.

I’m a hairdresser and have seen users of Monat start losing hair after what seems to be success. Most hairdressers recommend staying away from it. It’s similar to Wen, look up the stories on that.

I have, usuay in the shower when I'm running my fingers through my hair, clumps of it just come out :(

My hair is damaged from straightening so im not sure if i was losing hair but my hair was alot more dry. But now in my third my hair got really soft and less damaged
