Question for SAHMs

What do you DO all day? Do you allow yourself to read/watch tv/be on your phone when your baby is awake and playing? Do you let your babies entertain themselves or are you constantly interacting with them? I usually try to be playing with my 9 month old any time she’s awake but I would like to read and stuff but I feel so guilty whenever I’m not like making eye contact and trying to teach her something or play with her toys and stuff.

We go to our family’s houses once or twice a week and make lots of little trips to the store but other than that, we mostly hang out in my living room and I just watch her play with toys and talk to her. What do you guys do? I get bored and then feel guilty for being bored.
