Period like cramps and back ache - 6 weeks
This is my first pregnancy. I’m 6 weeks and have been getting period like cramps that only last a minute or so and come and go throughout the day. At the same time, I get some back cramping as well. No bleeding. Is this normal? I know there’s a lot happening in my body right now but I’m just concerned. 😓
