Lower back pain?

Question

I’m currently 8+2 and today am having intense back pain/back cramps along with occasional regular abdominal cramps. 
Did anyone suffer from this at this stage?
The only other symptom I have is sore nipples (had maybe a week of morning sickness/nausea last week)
When I lie down it gets better but when I stand up it’s def there. It almost also feels like I pulled a back muscle.

Make sure you’re not dehydrated. Drink a ton of water and lie down and rest. I experienced this around the early 6 1/2 week mark, and pretty sure it was dehydration. Good luck.

I’m currently 10w3d and I’m having the same intense lower back pain! It’s very annoying, and doesn’t get better even if I lie down! Doctor told me lower back pain is normal during the first trimester🤷‍♀️

I am 8 weeks 3 days and noticed today to have the same discomfort is back. I’m told it’s from the uterus growing and putting more pressure on the spine
