perineum area

I noticed that I have a lump or bump in between my vaging area and anus area which I guess is called the perineum area if I'm saying it right and also noticed today I'm discharging. ive made myself an doctor's appointment already because of the fact I can't remember when I had my period or last period. i know I haven't had a period this month but I also can't remember last month someone please help
