Unfortunately I don’t have any pictures but please listen:/ back at the beginning of this year I weighed 104. I am 5’3” and age 15. I wasn’t very physically active just because it was winter and softball doesn’t start until spring. Now it’s summer and I have gained some weight, focusing on my belly because that’s where it all went. I currently weight 119. I go to morning conditioning for my high school softball class every morning, except for Saturday’s and sundays. Also I have speed clinics on Friday mornings at 7:30 and we typically run a ton and do speed work outs. What I don’t understand is how my stomach became chubby even though I’m exercising daily. It’s becoming a problem with my anxiety and depression because now I’m so self conscious about it I won’t even go swimming.. what do you guys suggest to lose some of my belly fat?
