Ice burns fat theory 🤔
So I’ve been hearing a lot lately that if you put ice on parts of your body that have hard to get rid of fat (like your stomach) it helps more than using heat or waste trainers. Do you guys believe that or think it’s completely bs?? Bc I want to try it but if it doesn’t actually work I don’t want to bother and I know it won’t work the first time but do you think it will show good results? I’ve also heard that shivering burns more calories than an hour workout.
