Addicted to junk food. Binge eating. Trying to change.

So yesterday I decided I would eat healthier. I eat super unhealthy all the time. Fast food probably every other day. I never cook and eat at home. I’m overweight. About 60/70 pounds overweight. So yesterday I decided to change again. I’ve done this probably 10 times in the last two months. I never stick to it. I crave the food so bad. All day long I’m thinking about what my next meal or snack is. I never feel full because of how much I am used to binging on super high in calorie foods. I have such a headache right now. This is what I’ve eaten today and I’m still not satisfied:

Oatmeal

Banana

2 cups of popcorn (no butter)

A salad with 2 cups of baby romaine; some cucumbers with balsamic vinaigrette

2 string cheeses

Boiled chicken in a tortilla with cheese, lettuce, and honey mustard

I haven’t had this yet but I’ll be eating some cantaloupe for a snack later

I’m hungry and I feel sick. All I want is cake. But I know I shouldn’t 😭
