Hypnobirthing?

Question

Anyone have experiences with Hypnobirthing? A local hospital host classes and I'm very curious. I'm ttc and just started researching this method of birthing.

Hypnobirthing was amazing.  You just ride the waves and connect with your body while it’s birthing your baby. You enter into a meditative trance. Best labor experiences ever. I started researching alternatives to the normal labor and delivery after a very traumatic First baby delivery.  The second and third babies were very enjoyable. I felt in control of my body and felt at ease knowing my body was doing exactly what it was supposed to do.  Visualization. Breathing. Meditation.
