Results of Laparoscopy

Yesterday I went in for laparoscopic surgery. My obgyn scheduled the surgery because she thought it was a high possibility that I had endometriosis... the cyst that I had disappeared but I was diagnosed with “Painful bladder syndrome” I was in and out of sleep at the hospital so I didn’t get the whole scoop.. anybody knows what this mean? I really thought that I would be told something else since I have been trying to conceive 5+ years but nope.. feeling like I will never know.
