How do you heel after a d&c; at 10 weeks? I feel very sad and this was harder than I thought .. extremely difficult

Maybe you can try counseling ? Going through the same thing but I had death hit me back to back & I learned from dealing with lost. It’s important to feel your emotions let them out, have a support system, take time for yourself to grieve and take time for yourself to enjoy life too. I know it’s hard😞 keep your head up & surround yourself with love. I’m 4days out & feel I’m healing bc of hope & faith
