Help!!

What’s up y’all. So all my life I’ve been in great shape because I was a classical ballerina for 17 years. I am now a junior in college and about to turn 20, and although I’ve retained most of my muscles in my legs, the rest of my body is NOT where I want it to be. I hadn’t really noticed how different my body looked until this morning, isn’t that bad? I’m 5’5 and 160 and although I don’t look big, I know I could easily easily get there and that scares me!! I want to get in better shape while I can and it’s easier for me to lose weight. I need some tips or advice on ways to lose some weight or things to eat? I know cardio and veggies, but I think I need more details!! Keto diet maybe? What do y’all think? Thank you!!
