Nitrates in tap water are dangerous for infants at levels that don’t hurt adults. Nitrates are not removed by boiling. Bottled water is safest.

We have reverse osmosis-due to having a well with high nitrates, the thing is Godsend!! Never worry about running out of bottled water or having to boil water. It cost $350 to install but it is well worth it!!
