Sadness and how to deal with it

How do y’all deal with your sadness? I have undiagnosed depression and I have real bad coping skills so yea. I would like to try something other than crying at 1am.

Edit: I used to self harm, I’m looking for other things to keep me from relapsing. I also don’t have a journal/diary I only write about how I feel on a private blog (tumblr lmao)
