Career change??

This isn’t a relationship advice but I need help deciding. I’ve been a nurse for 3 1/2 years. I LOVE my patients. I can sit in a room and talk to them For hours and feel like they’re family or my best friend. I do my job & go beyond and above for them (most nurses I work with are b*tches & dont care) just the little things I do for them, they appreciate and I love it... but now, I feel drained... my hubby is so sweet and understanding (he’s a nurse too) I come home sometimes I’m moody & irritated so I take some out on him sometimes. (rarely now) I’ve learned not to be mad at him but the job is straining! Always getting yelled at by doctors & family members. Getting hit by patients. Co workers being messy and gossiping being rude Af... I know some of these things are inevitable but I’m just over nursing now a days.... I wanna take another occupation as a Respiratory Therapist but everyone keeps telling me (Nursing is more respected, why do you want to be an RT?!?!) less stress & same pay, thats why! (RT at my job makes about $60 hr and RN make about the same or a few dollars more) what should I do?? I hate being so means an moody because of my jobs stress and I don’t want it to affect my relationship...
