How are you ladies sleeping at night ?

I literally cannot sleep at night time. I’m so uncomfortable I feel like I’m squishing her all the time. I use a pregnancy pillow and stuff but I wake up and my stomach is sore. What are your ladies secrets

Unisom. The only way I can sleep well. I take a half pill before bed and it’s magic. Other than that I’m so uncomfortable I can’t sleep.

I toss and turn every night and pee at least once. If I sleep on one side too long my hips starts to hurt.

I bearly sleep. I toss and turn. then go pee.  I dont get much sleep then I can't fall asleep during the day.😢

I sleep on my side and tuck the comforter under my belly. It provides support while being soft

It’s 5:19am and I’m up scrolling Glow.. I may sleep fir 2 hours but I’m up for the rest of the night on the internet and listening to my husband sleep... IM SO JEALOUS

It's near impossible for me.  I'm very uncomfortable, even with the pregnancy pillow.  It's probably more because the baby is non stop kicking and rolling and beating me up in there so I can't get comfortable.  He either gets low and must be sitting on my bladder so I gotta keep going downstairs to pee, or he's moving so much I can't relax.  Last night I felt nauseous so I drank some seltzer.  Yeah that made him crazy active and he had the hiccups ugh.

I need a cocoon of pillows surrounding me, but I toss and turn a lot and get up once or twice to go to the bathroom.  Lately I've also been waking up extremely hungry, which is not normal for me!

same here its very difficult at nights to sleep.  pregnancy pillows are  most for me and sleep on my left side to make my baby bump feel comfortable
