FTM intend on exclusively breastfeeding, but want to have formula on hand for the first few days in case something doesn’t go according to plan (ie my milk doesn’t come in or any other variety of things that can happen).

Have been looking for the best “clean” formula and am horrified by the ingredient lists of most commercial formulas (why does a baby need corn syrup solids??!?)

Wondering if anyone has suggestions to pass along for “clean” baby formula. So far the 3 I have found are:

If any mamas have found anything else, I would be grateful for suggestions. I have also found some recipes for make-your-own formula, which is a good option, but want to have a quick backup, as I don’t know how this will all unfold and how I will feel.
