Having a doula or not!
We are really considering have a doula to help with the birth of our first child. I would really like to trying to have a natural birth and would love if someone besides my husband and family to be there to support me through labor. Would love some experiences people have had with doulas and do you think they are worth the money?
I know how I am and I know someone outside of my family would probably keep me more calm.
