Bleeding

Hello! So I’m exactly 7 weeks and 1 day into my pregnancy and I’ve been in and out of the hospital for the past week due too bleeding. I was told everything looks fine with the fetus and my sak is intact/cervix is closed but have a lot of blood in my pelvis. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Also, I have polycystic ovarian syndrome... I have pretty big cyst on my left ovary. If anyone knows anything about this topic do feel free to comment. Thank you.
