What do i need for after birth?

This is my first baby so I have no idea whats coming lol. What things will i need after birth? Is there anything not a necessity that I will want for convenience sake? Please let me know! Google articles are so long and i dont have an attention span for that lol 
*Also, Im talking for when I get home with baby since dad wont be home for a while, I will be doing everything myself til he gets home. I have a separate post for hospital stuff lol

I made myself a little “after care” basket. I plan to breast feed and HOPE to give birth naturally, but I got everything just in case!
Breast pads- washable and disposable
Frozen boobs things? They’re to help with soreness😂🤷🏼‍♀️
Lactation tea
Tucks witch hazel pads
Herbal soothing spray for sore lady bits 
Pads. I might go get some of those adult diapers. Don’t even care.
I already have one but a big thermos for water if you plan to breastfeed.
Dermoplast
Natural stool softeners
Nipple shield

If you wear contacts bring your glasses and/or comfort drops drops for your contacts, hospital air is notoriously dry.

Pads for sure. Depends how much you end up bleeding but I bled for 3 weeks. Then my period came the next month. So lots of pads for me lol.. 
If you do vaginal then maybe try doing Padsicles? Try to google them cause I didn’t use them... they’re supposedly to help the soreness? But I had a c section yay, so I was okay. My recovery was easy too.

Breast pads , breast will leak , water bottles near bed, I made bottle at night with bottle water and plug in bottle warmer , big pads , granny panties, baby first aid kit so you have that sucker thing . Lots of diaper and wipes near bed /under bassinet. You will be changing diaper every feeding . Nursing bra night gowns with front buttons .
