Can someone walk me through what a chiropractor visit is like for a one year old?

I was told it helps with overall well-being etc and I would like to learn more.

I brought my 2 month old just the other day. The doctor won't "crack" the baby like they would for an adult. The doctor will check posture and gait (if the LO is walking yet) They'll probably ask if you've noticed a tendency to favor one side or only turns their head one direction. If they notice something is tight or doesn't have a full ROM they will gently massage or rub the area and try to correct it. It can be really good if your baby has colic or if they get reoccurring ear infections or if you notice they walk on their toes or something like that.

My daughter goes every 2 weeks to avoid eye infections. She’s 15 months. He usually feels her neck area to see what feels backed up and the adjusts her neck to be sure the fluid in her ears can drain. She she was younger he would sort of massage her and twist her a little to loosen areas up. Our chiropractor is great with her. Ask a lot of questions, tell them you want them to tell you what you are doing before they do it if you are uncomfortable but in general they are great with kids and can simply “feel” what areas need work.
