Social Media Break?
I’m thinking about taking a social media break from Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook and only going on eve and Youtube because I feel that these platforms don’t cause any mental issues for me. I just feel like lately social media has been the source of my social anxiety, and self-esteem issues. I’m already an over thinker so I feel like getting caught up in overanalyzing things isn’t serving me in any way. Opinions?
