Just a question

Mamas! Recently had sex, and he didn’t pull out in time (I don’t need comments about that) but I was in my period, and it ended FIVE days early. It was a pretty heavy month and was only two days in with an average of 7 days. The next day was super light and the day after that was almost nothing but a little pink stuff. I had noticed before my period that my breasts were tender but now they are a little worse, and we have both noticed a growth in them. Tonight when I went to take a shower I was checking them out and noticed some white stuff inside my nipples, and I just want to know what your thoughts are? Any advice or tips?
