Advice on my weight
Me being a lower weight is something that’s never bothered me. In fact I always think and feel like I’m bigger than I am but I just want other people’s opinion ☺️
I’m 22, female, 8st (112lbs), and 5 foot 5. I am quite a small built person, I guess petite is maybe a good word to describe me. The picture below is of my BMI and it says if I’m 1 pound lighter then I’m classified as underweight.
I’m not super skinny. As in I don’t have bones sticking out and I do have a bit of a belly (maybe that’s just a bad image of myself and isn’t actually true) and hugeee thighs! Like they look fine when I’m standing but as soon as I sit down, boy do they spread!! I am very self conscious about them. I know it’s normal for thighs to spread a little when you sit but this is like next level spreading!!
I’m going through a hard time right now and have completely lost my appetite. I can’t eat breakfast or lunch and have to force myself to eat dinner. But even then I can only eat a little without feeling really sick. This has happened before and it got to the stage that I was losing 1 pound everyday. But if that happens again then I’m going to be classified as underweight.
