Do you ever feel like your husband is jealous or like you have to choose who you listen to or spend time with?

We have 7 children. My husband works long hours during Summer. We have our early mornings to ourselves (both morning people- love to talk), and he calls me often while he is en route to different jobs. 
That said, he is my best friend in the world and I could ALWAYS enjoy more time with him but... I never feel like I have to choose him or my kids. He handles our large family well, and we work as a team. Our youngest is almost 2, and still co-sleeps & nurses. 
I married my husband for life, but our kids will only be around us for a few VERY short, quickly passing years. Then, they will be gone. 
Life is good. Enjoy every chaotic moment, before it is gone. Your husband will be there... babies leave the nest!

No because if it came to that my husband would concede right away for her best interests .  He would also put her before me and that’s how it should be.

NEVER! My husband and I are best friends, soul mates, etc. We also have a nine-month old daughter together. I have never felt as if I had to choose him or our daughter. My husband is a football coach and recruiter at a college 50 minutes away from our home so he is gone long hours, but we always find time for each other and our family. He and I get up every morning at 4AM and work out together in our home gym. After our work out, we shower and then just talk to each other until our daughter wakes up around 6:15. We both go upstairs to her nursery, she gets a hug and goodbye kiss from her dad then he heads to work. I nurse her and then we start our day. I own an Education Consulting Business from home so I'm blessed to be able to stay home and spoil my princess all day. I'll admit, I do not always work lol. But that's the beauty of being self-employed haha. She and I take trips to the park, museum, mall, play dates with my Sorors and their children, etc. Sometimes we even take short road trips to Atlanta to the aquarium and MLK Center. Of course I have to fit pumping into that lol. I can't wait until she's old enough for mani and pedi. My husband usually arrives home by 6:30 or 7. We eat dinner as a family (sometimes she has already eaten), but she still sits with us). Then I go upstairs or somewhere away from them lol. They have their daddy/daughter bonding. At bedtime, we all pray together. He sings to her and read to her. He goes to sleep and I go into her nursery for playtime and to nurse her. After she goes to sleep, I go into our bedroom and he'll usually wake up for a little while. We also have family time on weekends. Saturday is our Family Fun Day unless we decide to visit our parents in one of our hometowns. We start the day with a big, home cooked breakfast and then we spend the entire day out, sometimes sometimes take a road trip. I have hair appointments on certain Saturdays for a blow out or silk press, but it only takes a few hours so most of our Saturday is still dedicated to family fun day. We're going to have to find another day for Family Day once football season starts because my husband will be on the sidelines on Saturdays while baby girl and I are in the stands. We're going to almost every game (even away games). We may just wait until after football season to resume our family fun days. Sundays start off with a big, home cooked breakfast as well then church. Then lounging until dinner is ready. We always eat as a family at the table EVERYDAY , our daughtet sits in her Stokke high chairs but we pull it up to the table. Sundays are also the days I have my mani/pedi, but it's only every three weeks. Sundays are pretty my "Me Time". He normally takes care of our daughter and I enjoy being pampered or hanging out with my Sorors (sorority sisters). When my daughter is old enough for mani/pefi, we'll set a day during the week for that haha. Whenever my parents or in-loves visit, which is about once or twice per month, we go out for Date Night. We recently went on a cruise for our anniversary. So I have never had to choose between my husband or our daughter. We work as a team.

Sometimes, like I either let my husband have the tv super loud or I lower it so our daughter doesn’t wake up and disrupt our time together. Compromise.
