First Time Mom

This isn't a product recommendation, but i have a very large family. I have my father and step mothers families, and i also have my mothers side of the family. Both sides haven't always gotten along. So my question is, should I have 2 separate baby showers? Also I don't want to seem greedy, but my moms side lives about an hour away from me. So i want everyone who wants to come to be able too. So I don't know if I should just say screw it and hope it all turns out fine with one baby shower or what?
