Was it another miscarriage?!

I don’t know what to think so I got my period 3rd July 3 day period came on the exact day I thought it was coming. On the 23rd July I got my period again I thought it was implantation bleeding at first but it was very heavy so definitely my period. The doctor made me take a pregnancy test on Thursday due to how heavy I was bleeding and like expected it was negative.

I’m off my period now have been for a few days I went to take an ovulation test today but I picked up the wrong one I picked up a hpt test and there is the faintest of lines?! Surely it must be an indent right? Or was it a positive and I had another miscarriage the other day? But surely I would have got a positive before the bleed if it was? I never thought I would pray for a false positive. As the thought of being pregnant with that much blood could never have a positive outcome 😭😭 please does anyone have any advice?! I have blood tests tomorrow anyway but I’m going crazy right now.
