So painful.....

So i guess I’ll get right down to it. For some reason, it hurts so bad whenever me and my husband try to have sex. Like he can’t even get his dick in all the way before i yell out in pain. It’s soooooo bad! Even with a lot of lube. We’ve never had real sex because of it and I feel like im disappointing him, and that he’s missing out. (We are the only partners we’ve had) Any idea why or suggestions for me? (Also sometimes it hurts just to put a tampon in)
