Why do I feel this way?

I’m 21 weeks pregnant and feel so insecure about BF. We have a 10 year old together, we have most of the same friends, we are pretty much always together except when at work. We are planning on buying a house, we are going on vacation but I feel like I’m not enough. He doesn’t post any pictures of us on FB. He doesn’t have a relationship status and only posts pics of him and our son. He likes girls pictures and it’s types of girls that he has told me he’s not into. So what should I do or think? When I’ve asked him he says that it’s nothing, that he’s never once denied being with me and we have a lot going for us. Am I just overreacting?
