I need advice

So my husband and I started TTC in October of 2016. We became pregnant in December of 2016. I unfortunately miscarried the baby in February of 2017. I had to have a D&C; in March because I was unable to have a natural miscarriage. We started trying again in April and still have yet to become pregnant. In between that time frame we took a 4 month break for my sanity. I see posts of women who fall pregnant just months after their miscarriage. I’m just wondering if maybe the D&C; could have done some damage. I really need advice because I’m starting to lose hope.
