Boyfriends reply about my weight

I was texting my boyfriend (of a couple months) and somehow the topic of weight came up. He sent me a photo of himself a little time before we met and the transformation from then until now is pretty damn impressive. He feels much more happy and confident being smaller and I couldn't be happier for him myself ❤️

Then, as a semi-joke (and maybe with a hint of compliment fishing) I said that I'm the opposite of him. Told him that in the past half a year I gained some of the weight that i've lost before and am a little disappointed with myself. This was his reply:

As someone with body confidence issues and experience with men not accepting me, I genuinely teared up. Couldn't ask for a more perfect answer or a more perfect guy 😭❤️
