The system is bent towards Mother’s....

My husband has been fighting for half custody of his little girls since 2016 when they divorced.

Once the divorced he went from seeing them on a regular basis to every other weekend against his will. He begged and begged to see them more but she refused.

She went to child support court and insisted that he owed her 10,000 dollars back child support with absolutely NO PROOF that this is true (and it not) remember they were held against his will.

Now today on his final court date they are giving him a choice.....either pay a purge payment of 5000 dollars or go to jail....OR agree to every other weekend as the official custody arrangement.....and she will drop ththe child support..

And he is absolutely heart broken and I don’t know how to help 😭😭

Such an awful way the system did him!!!

Edit* Another reason this is so heart breaking is that he mother is an emotional abuser. She makes them feel dumb for everything. She tells them their daddy left them and all this. She’s truly a monster for doing his. She knows DAMN well he loves his little girls.

so he just got out of court. And the verdict is that for now he has 60 days to make a payment of 3500 or he goes to jail....
