help!!

I take my pill religiously every morning at 7:30 and never really stray far from that. I have 2 days left before I go on the sugar pills and I've noticed that whenever ive gone to the bathroom and wiped theres been some blood in the discharge which is not normal for me at all! does this mean anything or am I just freaking out for nothing? I've been on the pill for almost a year now
