Early delivery

I’m 34 weeks and my baby is 4 pounds. I’m being told by the doctors that he’s under weight and i’m becoming scared. They want me to be seen every week to do sonograms and monitor the baby. I was having contractions as well so they gave me a shot to help his lungs develop faster so if the baby decided to come early he’ll be okay. I’m very scared and just want some feedback please
