Help me out

According to glow my peak day was Sunday so Monday I had very light spotting for a few hours then nothing and just one time when I wiped on Tuesday is it possible I ovulate earlier than what glows says and could of been implantation spotting? And should I test just to be safe because I drink occasionally and after my mc I wanna know asap so I can stop HELP ME OUT LADIES advice No mean or rude comments please and thank you!!
