My ex bf we were just starting to get to know each other and he put his hand down my pants I tried pulling his arm but he was aggressive he did go under my underwear and he was trying to finger me. Kept telling him to stop he didn't Is that rape? This happened 5 years ago but I alway wondered if it was consider rape or something else.
