Anyone else have pain??

I don’t know how to explain it but every once in a while I experience some sort of pain down there it feels like it’s on my pussy lips it’s a sharp stabbing pain for a few days and then goes away for a few weeks. Sometimes when it happens it is very uncomfortable and hurts a lot and other time the pain is still there but doesn’t hurt as bad. It feels like a shooting stabbing pain for about a second at a time and then quickly goes away. Anyone know what this could be. It’s embarrassing and I don’t know how to explain it very well to my doc. I did go to my doc and told her but she said it was nothing.
