Bumpy itchy outbreaks

I keep getting these itchy bumpy outbreaks on my vagina! It’s sooooo itchy like unbearable. Dr said it doesn’t look like herpes and all std tests came back negative. I’m thinking genital warts but it is rare it’s that because I have the gardisil vaccine which protects against 90% of warts. I guess it is possible though. What do you think?

Also got tested for yeast!

Oh and they get worse when touched/during sex

The dr said she didn’t think it looked like typical warts but will remove them next week anyways
