F#@$ AF

I feel like AF is going to make her ugly appearance. We are on our 20th month TTC and have done 2 medicated IUI cycles. Our 2nd IUI was on July 21st. Our numbers looked great for both IUIs....I'm just not understanding why this isn't happening for us. I've also been doing acupuncture for the last 2 months. I'm feeling so depressed and hopeless. I don't even know what to do anymore. How do you continue this journey after so many disappointments....I feel some lower back pain and cramping and had some brownish spotting this morning. I'm pretty sure we're out this month 😢 Not sure how many more failed attempts I can handle.
