Back to work feeding support 😖

Our little bug will be 4 months when I go back to work in a couple of weeks. She is a breastfed baby and she won’t take the bottle 😫. We’ve tried so many things and so many brands! What worked for you???

I’m also super anxious about pumping at work. Do you wash the parts every time? How often do you pump? I have regulated times bc I’m a teacher and worry about that :( I have a decent freezer stash but our little one won’t touch it!! Do you keep the milk in a cooler? What tips do you have???
