Another month, another negative

I'm tired. I've been trying for over a year and a half and still haven't gotten anything. Been with a fertility specialist for about 6 months. Just wondering for those who did get their BFPs, during that cycle were you still actively trying? Or did it happen when you gave up?

I've been on 4 cycles of clomid (3 with metformin). 4 or 5 cycles of Femara (with metformin), estrogen, progesterone and Ovidrel. Every cycle I seem to only have 1 follicle (even with high does femara). I just wish my body would stop failing me. My husband is being supportive, but it's hard for him to understand. Any advice?
