Hi everyone, I went for an ultrasound this morning, I’m supposed to be 8weeks 2days and fairly certain of the conception date, the obgyn is saying we could be off on the dates and I might have ovulated late or there could be a problem with the pregnancy, little baby is measuring very small and we saw a faint heartbeat but she didn’t try to measure it and said it was slow and HCG levels were only 15000...

I know it looks bad and I’m trying to hold on to the little bit of hope I have left 😔

Has anyone gone through something similar with a positive outcome?
