No heartbeat

Hi all,

I just got my very first positive pregnancy test 2 days ago! We went to get an ultrasound yesterday and there was a yolk sac but no heartbeat. I am really struggling with this. Originally, my doc thought I was going to be 7-8 weeks but after I told her that I had a late ovulation, she was thinking more like 5-6 weeks. I ovulated on or around 7/3 and had implantation bleeding on 7/13 and 7/14. So she first said she was concerned that there was no heartbeat and didn’t measure at 7-8 weeks but after she recalculated she told me to come back Monday to check again. I can’t stop thinking about it!! Has anyone else had no heartbeat at this point? This is going to be a hard weekend!!
