IUI on day of temp rise

Has anyone had success with an IUI on the day your temp spiked? We are doing IUI with no trigger shot and just going by positive OPKs. I had my LH surge yesterday so going into the office today for IUI, but my temp spiked this morning so I’m worried we may have missed the window. However, I didn’t sleep very well last night (nerves) and did have a couple beers while out, so maybe the temp isn’t accurate. Though I know the egg can live for 24 hours after it’s released so maybe this is just the right time 🤞🏻
